A painting opening is usually 8 x 10 and I leave a 1" margin around the actual picture. It does not come framed but I am happy to matt and frame it in a basic black frame for an extra $40.  The price of an unframed 8 x 10 painting can be between $150 - $200, but I am discounting that price to $100 during the months of June, July & August 2025 to celebrate the kickoff of my new website and going public with my work. ​

I don't do portraits per se. If people or pets are in the photo, then please have them in an area where we can see their surroundings.

Expect completion dates to be within 30 days. If that changes, I will always let you know before I begin the project. Day 1 starts after I have approved your request and received payment. Payment in full is expected before I begin work on your painting.
